Fight Against or Fight For?

Some people grumble and complain, hating their job, boss, or the place they work.

Others recognize that change is needed, and refocus their energy from negative to positive, from ineffective to proactive.

It's far healthier to plan and execute a change in circumstances than to get mired in workplace sludge. What is the point of being unwilling to train for a new and more appropriate-to-your talents job, or to switch companies to work in a better atmosphere and for a better boss?

Rather than focus on the thing you hate, focus instead on the thing that gives you hope for a better future.
