Today's blog was inspired by Simon Sinek (www.startwithwhy.com). Simon wrote:
Intelligence looks for what is known to solve problems. Creativity looks for what is unknown to discover possibilities.
That is precisely, in a neat nutshell, what employers need: intelligent and creative staffers who can resolve and solve with smarts and ingenuity. Each job can be distilled to problems that need solving: how to track documents, paperwork, products; how to serve customers; how to fix computer, mechanical or other problems; how to continually make progress so that the future is secure ... and all in an effort to create or impact profits through operating costs and sales.
Compose a resume with context that proves you are clever and creative with respect to the job requirements and you're sure to land an interview!
