Resume Spelling

Today as I wrote three cover letters - funny how things come in groups of three! - I noticed a few errors that I was making. Rather than "studied" I typed "studies," rather than "field" I typed "filed." Of course these wouldn't be caught by spell-check as they are actual words. And I cannot tell you how often I catch the word "manger" on clients' resumes. They meant "manager" of course!

Spelling and typos can be funny too. Apparently someone wrote "Enjoy cooking Chinese and Italians" on a resume. Bon appetit ... or not!
